Is Saathi an official government service?

No. Saathi is an independent helper and is not affiliated with any government body. It always points you to the official website. Confirm rules and fees there before you pay.

Does it log in to government sites for me?

No. Your OTP, captcha and consent are yours. Saathi prepares your details and explains each step. You do the final steps yourself.

What happens to my details?

Nothing is saved unless you choose to save it. Saved details and locker entries are encrypted and erased when you type “forget”. Read the full notice on the privacy page.

How much does it cost?

New people get a small welcome credit and some free messages each day. After that, each action has a small price, shown above. There is no subscription.

What if I change my phone?

In the app, open Settings and save your backup code. Paste it on the new device to get your balance and details back.
